Finally, I had time to post a review on what I think of the Neutrogena Healthy Skin Compact Makeup. My beautiful friend Katie sent it to me so long ago, but I have been so super busy. With me moving and then not and then having to unpack the whole house back into the same house was just so very stressful. Anyways, on to the review.
