Weigh In Mondays ~ Week #8
This week I had some major troubles with staying on track. I have been dealing with panic attacks, major anxiety, and depression. This happens to me every single time that I start working out and it's very frustrating. Usually, I give up at this point, because the process just has never been worth me dealing with the insane anxiety that I get. I mean, it's so damn uncomfortable. But, I am NOT giving up. I am going to keep praising my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and tell the devil that he is a liar. I am going to lose this weight, because I am so tired of this back and forth cycle. I hope you guys are having an awesome day and that you do amazing this week. Remember to smile, forgive yourself, and always look forward to brighter days. I love you all so much! xoxo
